The recurring Safety Management System (SMS) course is designed as a refresher module for professionals who have already completed the Initial SMS course or who are already working with implemented SMS.
Unlike the initial course, which introduces the system from scratch, this recurrent course presupposes prior knowledge and focuses on reinforcing, updating and practically applying the elements of the SMS.
Course objectives
The goal is familiarize participants with safety rules and regulations, train them in risk identification and assessment, and provide them with tools to implement an effective SMS. In addition, it seeks to promote a culture of safety in the organization, teach principles of continuous improvement and develop skills for emergency management, internal audits and documentation.
